UK Mobile Network Outage - Ongoing
25-07-2025 - 14.55:
EE have confirmed that they restarted equipment to restore services and are reintroducing various interconnects whilst monitoring traffic.
They have advised that they are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues identified.
We continue to monitor traffic to EE and have started to see small amounts of successful traffic.
25-07-2025 - 10.20:
EE have reported they have again suffered a network fault which has resulted in further issues with call traffic.
Network engineers are aware and are engaged to resolve the fault.
We will provide an update once this becomes available.
25-07-2025 - 08.10:
Reports from O2 and EE are confirming that the technical issue has now been resolved and service should be operational.
If you continue to have issues contacting numbers, please reach out to our support team: support@rjcortel.co.uk
24-07-2025 - 21.37:
Further reports indicate that Vodafone and Three customers who have ported numbers over from EE previously may also be impacted by this network outage.
This is due to how number porting and networks route calls across their channels.
Network teams are still fully engaged working to restore service.
24-07-2025 - 17.17:
EE and BT continue to investigate the issue on their network. Issues have been reported on both mobile and landline numbers.
The incident is still being treated as P1 (Priority 1) with technicians working to restore service.
24-07-2025 - 15.54:
There is an ongoing service outage relating to calls made to mobile destinations as reported by our network providers & the mainstream media.
This looks to be predominantly related to calls to EE numbers (affecting all numbers both on the EE network and numbers originating from the EE network) but can potentially affect other mobile destinations.
This has been classed as a P1 incident and network engineers are continuing to investigate the issue.
We will provide a further update as soon as we receive notification that the issue has been resolved.
