RJ Cortel acquires Document Workflow Solutions
Polegate, UK — 31 March 2026 — RJ Cortel Limited, a Southeast-based Managed Service Provider (MSP), has acquired Document Workflow Solutions Limited (DWS), expanding its capabilities in document management software and managed print services.
The acquisition integrates DWS’s document management software and managed print expertise into RJ Cortel’s existing portfolio, which includes IT services, cyber security, unified communications, connectivity, and physical security. This strengthens RJ Cortel’s ability to deliver a unified, end‑to‑end technology offering to its national client base.
Founded in 2007, Crawley-based DWS is a Xerox Authorised Concessionaire with Silver Status and a strong reputation for service quality. The addition of DWS enables RJ Cortel to bring high‑volume print and document management software support in‑house, improving service efficiency and consistency for clients.
