Hayley is the General Manager here at RJ Cortel.

Dealing with all aspects of HR, internal policies and procedures, overseeing all admin tasks and managing team performance and training. It’s a lot to do, but Hayley takes it all in her stride!

Hayley is always looking for ways in which the team can develop their skills and increase their knowledge, taking on board the company ethos of growth coming from within.

If you hadn’t heard, Hayley is our resident vegan and in her free time really enjoys spending time volunteering and taking on new adventures, having recently tackled Ben Nevis!
