Meet Bob

Bob is our wonderful 1st and 2nd Line Team Leader, he spends his time managing the 1st and 2nd line technicians, ensuring queries are handled appropriately and within SLAs. Bobs attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple projects and tickets allows to the team to drive forward.

His favourite aspect of his role is the ability to interact with clients and help solve their issues.

Bob won employee of the month in his first month here and never lets anyone forget it!

Outside of work, Bob is a keen sportsman, he even played in an FA Cup when he was 18!
