Support Pricing

We try to be flexible to accommodate your requirements, and that includes our support options.


Our services are charged for on a time basis at our standard hourly rate, rounded to the nearest quarter hour – we don’t just round up to the next quarter hour or charge for “part quarter-hours”

  • Our standard hourly rate is currently £80.00 + VAT with a minimum charge of £60.00 ex vat (45 minutes).
  • All off-site labour charges are subject to a minimum charge.

Pre-paid support

Simply purchase a minimum of 3 hours in advance for £75.00 + VAT per hour.

When you call us for phone or remote support, we will deduct the time spent from your pre-paid balance, rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes. There is no minimum charge like Ad-Hoc support, you just pay for what you use!

Pre -paid time has to be purchased with a minimum of three hours and will be valid for 12 months from point of purchase.

Monthly support contracts

We offer a range of monthly support contracts to suite your requirements.

From a reactive IT Solution with unlimited remote support, through to a fully managed offering which provides you with a whole host of additional products and services, all of which aim to protect and enhance your business IT estate.

If you would like to discuss a bespoke monthly support contract, please do contact us and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

On-site visits

On-site visits are charged at our standard call out rate, which is £150.00 + VAT for the call out and first hours labour, followed by £75.00 + VAT for each additional hour up to a maximum of £450.00 + VAT for the full day.
