Age UK Medway
Having started to deal with Age UK Medway back in 2012 on their Gillingham site we quickly formed a strong business relationship built upon our passion for service delivery and straight forward advice.
Late in 2013 we were approached by Age UK Medway who announced plans to amalgamate three existing offices within the region to a new single administration centre in the Historic Dockyards, Chatham.
Retention of existing telephone numbers, integration of disparate staff teams and beneficiary telephone access to the new office had to be seamless and delivered on time.
With the three existing sites being in different areas there was no possibility of retaining existing numbers on legacy telephone lines. On this basis we planned a migration of all numbers onto a SIP platform and deployed a new Mitel MiVoice Office system which enabled all numbers to route through to the new centre and thus be retained.
On the Monday morning we were back on site to support and train all users on the new system.
Age UK Medway now benefit from one point of contact for anything to do with telephony or internet access all delivered on one bill from us here at RJ Cortel. Costs have been significantly reduced and effeciencies increased.
