Meads Medical Centre

Meads Medical Centre has recently moved into a brand new purpose built building in Uckfield, East Sussex.

We secured the contract to supply, install and maintain the centre’s telephone system and integration into their existing telephone-based appointment booking system.

We were engaged by the practice around eighteen months prior to the move at their premises of the time in central Uckfield.

Our services were sought as the practice was not satisfied with the incumbent supplier due to cost, lack of support and suggestion of better ways to manage and handle inbound and outbound calls.

Through a fairly lengthy consultation and demonstration process, we were delighted to be awarded the contract and to assist the practise in bringing their telecommunications to an effective solution.

Working with both BT Openreach and the NHS data management team we deployed a fully functional solution in a timely and efficient manner.

In line with our dedication to providing clients with continual support and service after initial installation the centre has and continues to benefit from their investment.

Meads Medical Centre’s solution includes an ISDN30 circuit, around twenty handsets, computer telephony integration, a full call recording system, automatic attendant, music on hold, call queuing and time of day routing.

We are satisfied with the result and proud to be supporting such an essential local service.
