Project Overview:

The client called us in originally to relocate their existing telephone system to their newly built offices.

This involved us utilising our Network Services Partnership with BT to relocate the lines in a timely and efficient manner whilst ensuring that “down time” was kept to an absolute minimum.

We also worked closely with the client’s IT consultants to ensure that all of the appropriate CAT5e cabling for IT infrastructure was fully implemented.

Once the relocation had successfully been completed we also carried out reconfiguration to the existing system to get it working in a more user friendly manner for the client and also carried out some refresher retraining for them.

After further discussion it became apparent to the client that a new system would have many benefits which they were currently missing out on, especially voicemail facilities and call forwarding abilities. With this in mind, we worked closely with the client to design a system which fitted both the applications which were required and met the budget which was available.

The project was a huge success and through the client's commitment to provide the best service available for their own customers the investment in telephony was an excellent move.
