Project Overview:

This client relocated their production plant in December of 2006. As a manufacturer it was essential that production was halted for the sortest time possible.

The new site was completely refurbished and with an area covering just short of 20,000 sq feet it was a major project.

RJ Cortel Ltd was responsible for the following:

Organisation of all fixed line services into the new site including an ISDN30 line, PSTN lines and ADSL (Broadband). These services all run over our own WLR (Wholesale Line Rental) base to ensure that the client is paying competitive rates for both line rental and call charges.

Due to the client moving from one area code to another their existing numbers could not be taken with them. We had to solve to this problem and implement a suitable number diversion plan so that customers and suppliers can still convienitently contact them whilst continually being educated as to the new numbers.  

All CAT5e cabling for IT infrastructure, a suitable datacomms cabinet, patch pannels and PSU  including supply, installation, termination and testing.

Design, supply and installation of the telephone system including LAN intergration, VoIP facilities, voicemail, music on hold and intergration into the Public Address System.

Complete design, supply and installation of a public address system suitable for the noisy  factory floor environmet with a background music facility and intergrated DAB Digital Radio which automatically cuts out during announcements.
